To form a pre-arranged panel, any participant may propose a session about a certain topic. To do so, the participant will need to provide an abstract and title for the whole panel, a moderator and three or four individual papers.
If you are a coordinator or a member of a ESC Working Group, pre-arranged panels are a great way to present and discuss specific issues connected to your interests.
